My doctoral project aims to develop models of human response to hot outdoor environments. They consist of computational (thermoregulatory system) and statistical (human perception and behavior) models built on data from wearable psycho-physiological and environmental sensors, as well as surveys. The results will assist urban planners in evaluation of heat stress in existing and future urban spaces.

This multi-part internship required full-stack web development. Among responsibilities and tasks completed are: automation of e-commerce business processes and integration with internal accounting/warehousing information system and outer providers of shipping, payment and marketing services.
