Led a product development and customer implementation initiative in support of a new $100M data services product line across eight European markets. Directed all aspects of Engineering, Operations, Process design and Systems development as well as customer transition activities; resulting in an on time, in scope and on budget delivery.Directed media content, voice & data, and managed services product development teams and led the transformation of the Product Development Management discipline through the adoptions of Agile development methods.

Led a technology migration initiative as part of a corporate spin-off, resulting in regulatory approval and subsequent Initial Public Offering.Directed the commercial separation effort for two global business entities. This included creation of independent network and server infrastructure, build out and relocation of data center operations, application systems transfer, and user migration to newly established services.Directed the systems development and deployment of a company wide CRM program - the largest CRM implementation in the industry at the time.
