My work involved managing global teams and driving the development of critical aerospace technologies.I led the Control Sensors team, distributed across Minneapolis, Redmond, and Phoenix, where I grew the team to 14 direct reports and implemented Scrum and Agile methodologies. Under my leadership, the team successfully developed and executed SARA Radar altimeter, Air Data Systems (including speed, pressure, and temperature probes) for Comac C919, and LIDAR technology products. I led the development and integration of Initial 4D technology, a key innovation within the Sesar program, which earned a Technical Achievement Award in 2013. This technology was successfully integrated into Airbus's product line from 2015 to 2018.I helped to form and successfuly start the Electornics Flight Bag team in Brno delivering a planning application for pilots. The scrum agile development in the mindset of the team was new approach applied in Brno Aerospace.
