Board Chair (elected in June 2015) I am tasked with governance and oversight of 21 Hillsborough, Pasco, Clay and Dade County schools (Woodmont - Temple Terrace K-8, Winthrop - Brandon/Riverview K-8, & Henderson-Hammock - Citrus Park/Westchase currently K-8), each institution having between 800-1200 students and over 100 staff member per institutions. We also provide governance for Clay Charter Academy, KeysGate Charter School both on the eastern coast of Florida. Florida Educational Charter Foundation successfully manages high-performing private and municipal schools for pre-k through grade 12. We help corporations, government entities, developers, and nonprofit agencies with all phases of school design, planning, development, financing, construction, operations, and curricula, and have been instrumental in pushing forward legislative processes that have furthered education reform to help all students gain a high-quality education.While proud of these awards, the greatest accomplishments include gaining and maintaining a 95%+ satisfaction rate from parents and achieving a district “A” academic average for the last 6 years since 2008) from the Department of Education. That philosophy, along with a certified, dedicated staff has placed them as a leader in education management nationally.

Cole and Company Global serves as the parent company and has several "DBA's" from which it conducts its day to day operations. Namely LaJun and Valora Cole, Ministries Fearless Women Global and Discipleship Training Institute. LaJun and Valora Cole Ministries is the ministry arm of Cole and Company Global under which we conduct speaking engagements and publish literary products. To date we have published 23 books. Our latest being Divine Dispatch with Chosen Books a Division of Baker Book House. Our mp3 "He sent His Word and healed you" is a powerful compilation of healing scriptures and prayers which is guaranteed to minister healing in the life of the listener on numerous levels. Discipleship Training Institute serves as the training division of Cole and Company Global. Our mission is to Discover, Develop and Deploy. Our core classes include training on Discipleship, Biblical Interpretation, Christian Doctrine, Leadership, and Homiletics. In addition, we recently launched our Gladiator Camps which trains disciples in the areas of Hearing the voice of God, Spiritual Warfare and Strategic Intercession. I have traveled teaching and training in over 129 cities both nationally and 31 nations globally. In addition, I have been a guest of CTN and TBN with broadcasts to millions of viewers worldwide.
