Valori designs and produces cutting edge products and services in the areas of marketing, advertising, website design and maintenance, graphic design, copy writing (such as: press releases, blog posts, product descriptions, proposals), social media management, online sales, flyer and catalog layouts, electronic ad campaigns, and event planning.Her marketing strategy, website design, and online store implementation led to a 450% increase in online sales in the first month after redesign for a top NHRA drag racing manufacturer.

Sports and event photography are Valori’s passion, but she also shoots products and personnel for the companies and organizations she represents.She was awarded a contract by a local city government to handle all their graphics design and photography needs. Her photos have been featured in news publications and she is fast becoming known for her custom hotrod shoots and one-of-a-kind artistic style.

Valori oversees all media that represent the public face of this drag racing manufacturer and multi-car race team. She produces seasonal print ads, weekly email campaigns to multiple demographic distribution lists, sale cards for outgoing shipments, manages all social media, and maintains their e-commerce website. For the muti-car race team, she creates all sponsorship soliciting packages and leads negotiations, writes press releases, designs race car driver hero cards for fans, coordinates race track events, and promotes sponsors products and services.

Valori manages a team of eight employees at Patterson Elite Performance. She coordinates all daily operations of the business, overseeing both the mechanical technicians as well as the office staff. She handles all recruiting, hiring and termination of employees and oversees the HR functions within the business. She also has high level oversight of the business financials and reports directly to and works closely with the CEO on all future business proposals.

Directly trained astronauts, cosmonauts, flight directors and flight controller on the Environmental Control and Life Support System on the International Space Station. Defined, developed, implemented, and managed training flows, designed technical courses and managed their implementation, developed and upgraded astronaut and flight controller training facilities, performed testing and development of simulator software, managed system cooperative education program, coordinated training with international partners. Led system training for astronaut crews including STS-116/ISS-12A.1, STS-120/ISS-10A, International Space Station Expedition 19, 20, 25, and 26.

Three Co-op terms for the International Space Station Environmental Control and Life Support Group. Awarded the responsibility of rewriting and reorganizing the ECLS Architectural Description Document, telemetry retrieval and analysis using the NASA ODRC database, ISS Mission Support in Mission Control Center’s Mission Evaluation Room.

Responsible for 40 seventh through tenth grade students in a summer astronaut training experience. Taught campers space history, shuttle technical systems, astronaut selection and training process, and future of space exploration. Served as a training manager, mentor, leader, and disciplinarian. Operated technical training simulators, oversight and teaching of robotic building, led group engineering discussions, and managed intense training schedule for large groups.
