- Working with scripts to conform them to our storyboards and animatics at various stages, building record scripts based off of our final animatics, and note taking and building scripts for pick up lines, ADR, and temp dialogue.- Setting up and note taking in meetings including writer's room discussions, script handouts to storyboard artists, overall pitch meetings with executives from the network, and pencil test retake meetings with our executive producers. - Coordinating full length episodes from script to shipping stage, including conforming storyboards to animatics, communicating with the storyboard supervisor on revisions, shipping episode packages to our overseas studios, and following up with our studios if any further questions arise. - Managing the design guidelines and submissions process so that both black and white as well as color design are being reviewed thoroughly and that all members of both the artistic team and production team understand the same pipeline.

- Took notes within scheduled writing, story pitch, and post production meetings and relayed all noted information to our story teams, executive producers, art director, line producer, as well as the production team.- Handed out, tracked, and sorted design approvals within the proper folders in our server, as well as communicated information from the art director to the artists on updates to or questions about designs. - Coordinated in post production, including calling retakes on episodes, communicated the EPs notes with our overseas studios, and trained employees so they can become familiar with the post production process. - Updated our art reuse library, which included retrieving all art assets from our tracking system, organized incidental characters by type (man, woman, child, etc), and created location folders for varied background designs.

- Shipped content to and communicated with artists and overseas studios, answering any questions that may involve material retrieval, deadlines, and discrepancies.-Involvement in the post production process, which includes noting retakes called onepisodes, communicating with our executive producer on priority work in the show, trackingretake artwork with the technical directors and background painter, and communicatingwith overseas regarding the EPs vision for the final product.-Communicated with the production manager and line producer regarding pre and poststatus updates.-Coordinated aspects of the production pipeline including breaking down scripts andanimatics, sending storyboard panels to editorial, distributing information from the editorto our timers and checkers, and prepping and sending episode shipment packages for our overseas studios.-Worked with the art director and design team to organize designs in the proper folders inour servers, uploading said designs into InSight, and shipping our content to our overseas studios. -Executed our social media outreach plan on various social media platforms to review how fans perceive our series and gain overall fan enthusiasm.

-Aided students and professors with animation programs and various equipment, which includes troubleshooting software, setting up programs, and assistance with understanding different aspects of the content they were producing. -Communicated with staff on a day-to-day basis to make sure the equipment and programs were working smoothly and efficiently.-Tracked and received physical shipments made for the Animation department. -Kept the animation department a tidy and safe environment for student animators and staff by checking classrooms, updating informational boards, and resetting program settings to avoid confusion.
