- Contributed to the ship achieving its Mobility Certification for Seamanship (MOB-S) by consistently maintaining material readiness of life-saving equipment and properly executing man overboard, man-down and underway replenishment procedures safely and in accordance with U.S Navy guidelines.- Oversaw and properly disposed of classified material while maintaining a SECRET clearance.- Trained and managed 10 personnel on shipboard watch stations used at sea and increased the ships watch-standing capabilities.- Collaborated with designated sailors in performing upwards of 800 hours of security watch consisting of regulating authorized traffic onto and off the ship, which ensured the safety of the crew and sensitive information onboard.- Effectively tracked over 3,500 surface contacts, executed tactical maneuvering board recommendations and effectively communicated and compared calculations with multiple workstations during 30 complex tactical maneuvering and multi-warfare events.- Accurately logged ships position times during transit in high volume areas 10+ using the ship's Voyage Manage System (VMS) providing the ship with accurate legal documentation.- Contributed 35 hours of preparation with the ships Medical Response team as a stretcher bearer resulting in the ship receiving its Search and Rescue certification- Performed corrective and preventative maintenance on over 650 damage control items which aided in the ship passing Inspection and Survey (INSURV) improving the ships overall battle readiness.- Actively trained 4 personnel on proper Maintenance, Material and Management (3M) in accordance with Navy Guidelines and regulations.
