Responsabilities:- implementation of Project Management Office (PMO),- managing activities for the key processes renewal in all localizations/markets (SI, HR, RS),- managing activities of MS Dynamics CRM software implementation in SI, HR, RS market (integrations with Minimax, GoToWebinar, MS Outlook, ERP iCenter, DevOps, Bisnode included),- managing project portfolios in connection with company strategy (ERP software implementation projects),- introduction of tools and methods for project management, - mentoring of employees in the field of project management,- managing strategic important projects (globally),- active cooperation with company management on improvements in the company.

Expert council: digitalization with IoT and AI, smart cities, renewable energy, circular economy, sustainable business models, disruptive strategy

Preparation and introduction of key guidelines for:- strategy for renovation of public buildings with focus on energy efficiency,- long-term district heating strategy,- implementation of innovative renewable sources of energy,- cooperation of key subjects (municipality, companies, energy agencies).

Resposabilities:- managing project porfolios in connection with market needs & company strategy (construction and farm industry machinery, automotive industry; alternators & starter motors),- managing projects in alternators & starter motors product segment,- managing work in diverse teams globally (purchasing, sales, production, production technology, R&D).
