- Responsible for the areas of Financial Planning and Economic Analysis, Implementation of Economic and Financial Management Systems, Capital Markets, Investor Relations and Corporate Administration and the shareholders department.- Coordinated two debenture issues in the local market and raised the equivalent of US$ 45 million from Brazilian institutional investors. It also coordinated and negotiated the issue of convertible bonds in Washington – DC with the IFC – International Finance Corporation, which resulted in the raising of US$ 35 million and, as a consequence, considered the commitment to go public.- Responsible for coordinating the first global share offering of a Brazilian company (Brazil + USA + Europe). In this transition, I assumed new responsibilities that, in addition to adopting the new corporate culture, started to take care of large corporate accounts and in the direct relationship with top executives (Directors and Board of Directors) in guiding the implementation of corporate acts (subscriptions, splits or groupings of shares, dividends, Block traders, mergers, etc.).This professional cycle allowed them to gain knowledge about decisions in senior management and to approach regulatory bodies (CVM) and intermediaries in the financial and capital markets.

Initial professional life as an intern at Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPmorgan Chase) from March 1981 to April 1984, when the Security Services Department (depository bank division and shareholder services) was acquired by Banco Itaú.Responsibilities include dealing with corporate clients and managing their shareholder departments and their entire social agenda (annual shareholder meeting, dividend payment, share issue, share split, etc.).This initial professional cycle provided an overview of the Brazilian capital market and allowed him to acquire practical experience in dynamic interaction with companies, stock exchanges, brokerages, investment banks and regulatory bodies.
