I developed strong communication and sales skills by doing cold calls, sales training and even making workshops on soft skills topic for 30+ telesales agents audience.I worked with the company's brand book and design system by doing research and making design concepts. It was additional volunteering work aside from my Telesales tasks. I did suggest design improvements and got back a positive feedback.

I and 5 other group members made a business plan in 3 months span for a Colombian tea-producing company to expand their business in another country.
