Positioned in the Commercial Bank's Appraisal Services Group (ASG) I serviced Business Banking with all appraisal, evaluation, and consultation needs for over six years. I performed valuation work across the entire JPMC continental footprint and was the Team Lead Reviewer in the Tri-State (CT, NJ & NY) for Business Banking following the BankOne merger with JPMC (+Bank of NY). I also had significant experience with SBA Loans and Managed Assets during this term.

- Selected for 12 week assignment to assist the Real Estate Finance team with debt restructuring, portfolio management and strategy.- Analyzed loan metrics, capital structures and loan legal documentation while preparing memorandum's and discussing the implications regarding potential courses of action.- Coordinated with a range of internal and external partners while managing multiple projects.- Actively helped manage the transaction process on the pay-off of a large commercial RE loan (heritage Bear Sterns) on Thanksgiving Day.

Expanded territory of providing quality commercial appraisal and consultation services from Northwest Ohio to Central and West Central Ohio. Appraised a variety of commercial properties including existing, proposed, owner-user and leased facilities for the purposes of loan underwriting (including SBA), litigation, tax appeal, consultation and more. Property types included office (inc. medical), retail, industrial, agricultural, development land, retail pads and some special purpose properties. I think it's worth noting that my work for Bank One during this time lead to me eventually being hired by the Appraisal Manager, for the Business Banking team, as an Evaluator. This is my father's firm and I grew up around Sunrise Realty/Appraisal Services, which included data entry by the age of fourteen. When I took on the new partnership with CorpRE at JPM my Dad was then essentially hired in to back fill my position servicing BB.
