As a dual degree student in Integrated Engineering and Architecture at the University of San Diego, I am passionate about exploring the intersection of design, structure, and sustainable building materials. My enthusiasm for sustainable practices extends beyond the classroom. I have actively participated in projects such as Burning Man, where I had the opportunity to contribute by creating an art structures bringing creativity to the desert landscape.In addition to my academic pursuits, I am deeply committed to empowering young girls in the STEM field. Currently serving as the Chair of the EWI (Empowering Women in Industry) and SWE (Society of Women Engineers) chapter, I am dedicated to inspiring and supporting the next generation of female leaders in technology and engineering.As an international student from Mexico, I embrace and celebrate cultural diversity. I firmly believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and progress.I am passionate about bridging the gap between my interests in design and architecture with the principles of science and structural practices.
