Continually delivered efficiencies through improved service and processes. •Company appointed Trustee for the Thomas Cook Pensioners Benevolent Fund – interfaced with the pensioners and responsibility for the affairs of the charity, ensured that it is solvent and well run, that it complies with charity law and delivers the charitable outcomes for the benefit of the charities objectives; resulting in payments made to relieve hardship and suffering of former Thomas Cook employees and their dependants.•Assisted the Trustees – by attending quarterly/ad-hoc meetings, interfaced between them and HR and Payroll, investigated and recommended direction on discretion cases, communications and complaints and established link with Occupational Health Adviser on criteria and eligibility for ill-health retirement.
