I have loved working in Sales, Operations and Management positions over the last 25 years. I enjoy working with people of all types and abilities, feeling their fire for the job, or helping them find the fire for it. I have served in many roles with a strong track record of delivering results, building relationships, and driving innovation.After 21 years in Sales and Sales Management I was asked to step into a need within the organization and take in the role of Operations Associate Director at Zimmer Biomet Elevation. I oversee a $160 million territory and lead a team of sales professionals and operations staff. I have more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. I had the opportunity to take an area in 41st position (2nd to last) and bring them up to 4th within Zimmer Biomet.I have been successful at managing both sides of the business, combining my clinical product expertise with my operational and strategic skills. I have increased the sales performance and ranking of my region, developed key surgeon partnerships, and implemented policy improvements. I have also earned multiple Presidents Club awards and recognition for my sales excellence and leadership. I am passionate about the medical field and its potential to improve lives, and I am always eager to learn and grow in new areas.
