VSA cleaning cars and inspecting cars for dangers weapons. making sure there are no issues before pushing a car out for service. thoroughly vacuuming and making sure everything is wiped down and ready for the next customers to drive it.

Brief team before plane arrives, assign roles to team members. Getting on the plane in a timely manner to avoid delays. Cleaning seats, galleys and lavatories. Responsible for making sure that the lavatories are stocked up with plenty of supplies for the next flight. Effectively communicating with gate agents when cleaning is complete. The lead is responsible for the phone and radio. Making sure any notes are put in about what’s going on in the jetbridge and on the plane if it could cause a delay.
