Valyncia M. Johnson is an experienced communications, management, and sales professional from Birmingham, Alabama, who specializes in sports, entertainment, and social impact. Over the past nine years, Valyncia has honed her craft in public relations, strategic management, research and grant writing, 360-campaign development, creative production and hospitality. She is a connector with a talent for driving innovative projects that engage multicultural, multi-gen, and disadvantaged audiences. Her expertise have been instrumental in achieving maximum outcomes for youth/professional athletes and talent, non-profits, high-performing organizations and small businesses.Valyncia has a passion for shaping culture and fostering a sense of community through her work, and this is reflected in the exceptional results she has witnessed and contributed. Her creative eye for brand positioning has provided infinity, connectivity, and visibility for individuals and organizations. She graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications majoring in public relations, minoring in communication studies, and earning a certification in sales. In December 2019, she furthered her education capturing a Master of Human and Environmental Sciences in Sports Business Management. Valyncia launched Images Management, a boutique consulting firm. Rounding out her love for sports and experience in athlete (talent) representation, in 2023, Valyncia became one of the few black female certified NFL agent. Images Management provides ideation, representation and negotiation services for brands, athletes, talent, non-profits, and families.
