- Manage the delivery of ILS tasks- Conduct logistics support activities- Update or develop Preventive Maintenance Documents and Technical Maintenance Plans

- Create new work instructions for maritime vessels- Modify existing work instructions to suit new equipment

- Develop Maintenance Instructions- Determine what test equipment is required for maintenance needs- Derive what specifications equipment is required to be maintained to

- Supervising the maintenance activities of the manufacturing plant- Manage maintenance breakdowns and plan for shut downs- Coordinate maintenance resources on shift- Organise spare parts and raise purchase orders- Carry out inductions and provide training on new plant and equipment- Investigate accidents and carry out audits

- Update and Manage the MEX system- Schedule preventative maintenance- Maintaining inventory- Schedule and run toolbox topics and audits

- Manage and Coordinate Fabrication and Bend Department- Ensure Works Orders have been issued, received and closed in an accurate and timely manner- Allocate work to Fabrication and K-Flo personnel- Ensure production targets are met and minimise equipment downtime- Minimise operational costs and assist with work method improvements- Liaise with internal and external Sales Representatives- Coordinate work duties for personnel returning to work after workplace injury- Ensure Workcover documents are completed to meet legal requirements

- Inspection, measurement and testing for in-process and/or finished products and components in accordance with QA procedures, standards and instructions- Scheduling daily QA activities- The formal release of all conforming product, including Australian 'Standards Mark' product- Initiate action to correct and prevent non conformities relating to products- Aid in reduction of customer complaints resulting from returned products

- Fabricating standard products- Produce special 'one-off' items and fittings to meet client's specific requirements
