Working on new fund data solutions or changes to existing data integration and reporting:
- analyzing business requirements
- creating functional specifications
- proposing technical solutions;
- providing estimates;
- undertaking development work
;- providing supporting documentation (i.e. technical specifications, test plans, business procedures, etc.);Taking responsibility for data quality and business process improvement (Operational Excellence)
;Staying abreast of new technology and data and make suggestions as to how these can be integrated into new business solutions as appropriate;Working closely with the broader business community and project managers;
Assisting in project work as far as analysis, development and implementation of new solution is required.Offering advice, guidance and training to other team members

Focusing on French sales office, ensuring that clients receive attentive and effective service in respect of all aspects of Luxembourg’s operations.

Being responsible for the clients daily orders (subscriptions, redemptions and switches); 
Answering client queries received by phone, fax, letter or e-mail (liasing with other departments when necessary);
Supporting Spanish sales office;
Participating in electronic dealing (file transfer, SWIFT, Vestima, Fundsetttle) solutions implementation: writing technical specifications and test solutions.
Attending SWIFT user groups meetings.
