About Valérie Magrez

My experience in human resources within fast-growing or transforming environments has shaped my understanding of business, financial, technical, and operational aspects, enabling me to design innovative HR tools and process. It has also convinced me that outsourcing resources will play a significant role in the labor market.I set up 2 businesses in HR : Advisory with Ability Shared and a Software SAAS with Dispo.workOur experience with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large companies over the years has shown us that companies need both sustainable and occasional skills to build their workforce. We firmly believe that HR outsourcing is the key to meeting future demands, bringing expertise and security to companies.Today, the challenge for leaders is to benefit from effective tools and adequate resources to enhance performance. The concept of "resource" is evolving: it no longer only includes long-term employees but now encompasses a combination of internal and external talents. By outsourcing HR management, we provide companies with the support and robustness needed to fully focus on their core business.The future demands a hybrid management of projects, involving both internal employees and external experts. Success tomorrow will lie in creating cohesion around the company's HR challenges.
