Implementation of the worldwide business partners (consultants) approval process, interfacing with Airbus Divisions and Airbus Group departments (sales, legal, management control and compliance).Management of the resulting invoices and validation of the workflow.Preparation and follow-up of the Decision Committees. Support to the Senior Vice-President in his day-to-day activities and partnerships with third parties.

Management of external events (stands, conferences and sponsoring) at international exhibitions for audiovisual content (Mipcom, MipTV, Sportel).Relationship with providers and control of the budget.Management of the Alcatel-Lucent 'Workshop Center' at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona 2006.

Management of the internet and intranet websites of the Division.

Coordinate all internal information relative to the Division (commercial, marketing, HR…) for publication on the web.Rework and update the Division's internet and intranet websites.Supervise the webmaster and the graphic designer.Publish a monthly newsletter and write internal articles.

Design and develop the first internet and intranet sites for the region.Publish commercial booklets dedicated to products and countries.
