My responsibility involved the market introduction of electric vehicles (BEV, PHEV) of the brands Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche. The focus was on the optimal customer experience involving the complete product offering required to comfortably buy and operate an electric vehicle (car, leasing offer, home and public charging, green energy, service & maintenance). Additionally, the market introduction of an innovative free-floating carsharing system with a fleet size of 500 vehicles was prepared.
