A full-grown man with childish heart and always willing to meet heart full & generous people. Professionally I was conceived in Manufacturing of Cold forged Fasteners after completing B.E. (Mech.) , born in Engine Valve (EV) Forge Shop, and nurtured in EV-R&D in the one of the finest Engineering Organization named Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited. I got opportunity to work in different work domain like Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Program Management delivering previously mentioned product for Indian and Global Auto OEM for approximate eight years. Meanwhile BITS (WILP)  Design Engineering program helped me to nurture my knowledge from 2016 -18. In my last 6 years of Instinct with National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) as Advanced Product Technologist,I got opportunity to lead Engineering Team of curious people delivering new to company & new to market products like Smart Bearings (Sensor Integrated Bearings), Hybrid & Polymer Moulded Bearings for Electric Power Train in high speed & abusive application as per Technology Roadmap of the company. I am blessed to create a complete ecosystem from conceptualization to mass production facility. With the meticulous learning of ISB Leadership Essentials course, I want to constructively contribute to society and mother earth through my startup, AIM (Apinya Mechatronics Industries Pvt Ltd).
