Installation, Commissioning & Testing of Sprinkler system, Hydrant System, Fire alarm system, PA system, Electrical systems (Including panels, cables, DG set, UPS system, etc). And Knowledge about HVAC and Data system.Expertise in freezer & cold room works - nitrogen pressure testing, vacuum testing, temperature testing & commissioning.Auditing the sites with accuracy and providing the documents to clients.Giving timely clearance to the Client and contractor & achieving the work targets in the prescribed & Prior to the given time period.

Evaluation of BOQ with reference to prepared MEP services design, vendor’s selection for supply of materials required for project by least certified values.Marking the engineering errors and modifications at site for making as Shop & As built drawing.Preparation of Single line Diagrams, Specifications and Data sheets, Schematic & Interconnection Diagrams, Electrical Equipment Layout, Power, Lighting and Earthing Layouts, Cable sizing Calculation & Earthing / Lighting Sizing Calculations.Managing the contractors to get the work done as per specification and drawings in time with quality.Maintaining all necessary records & documents for the project.Vendor Appraisal / Selection of right vendor & Perform negotiation with vendors and contractors thereby maintaining cost effective and high quality service, Coordination among client/consultant/contractor/supply authorities.Calculating size of cables and switch gears, selection of Light fixtures etc.
