Aeroelasticity: worked with Prof. Charbel Farhat • Designed and executed new mesh motion strategies that takes the deformation of the wing as an input and deforms the rest of the prismatic layered mesh (from the wing to the far field boundary) with millions of grid points, such that no two layers penetrate each other. This led to 25% increase in the maximum deformation possible on F-16 plane configuration • Designed and executed second order load transfer algorithms for aeroelastic simulations
