Schedule calls with all the internal business partners and takes the status and cascade the same to clients. So Overall it was a more of communication, following up with various people making sure the things are in place with in the allocated deadlines and helping client providing status Time – time and achieve their goals with fast paced besides without compromising on Quality and compliance as per organization standards. Taking active decisions with changes for different layer approvals and also follow-up with Requesters/implementers for any missing information and guide them on quality lines.5. Participation in Conference calls for driving the Changes, CAB calls.6. Ensures all the Changes are fully approved before the scheduled time and correct approvers/cross Impact groups from different layers/Line of Business are added in the Change.7. Will make sure all changes are properly scheduled within planned time and ensure 100% compliance with standard procedures.8. Aggressively monitor very closely for Emergency Changes & Expedited changes for on-time moving them ahead to have a more buffer time for approvers to review and approve from their end and this helps a lot in overall successful implementation.9. Not only Change Management stuff, but as a SPOC I take care of all admin related issues like creation of new approval groups, Business Units, Activator groups, providing access to resources, template creations, Configuration Items, Metric Reports etc…10. Follow-up closely with all Requesters & Implementers and make sure they close the Emergency changes within 5 days of SLA time after the implementation is done for audits.11. During freeze period’s changes are discouraged, however there would be some critical changes which need to go through, in that cases, I check for a detail Business Justification and make sure no changes slip without justification which might put the firm’s infrastructure at jeopardize.
