Worked on A320 Sharklet Retrofit (Sitec Filton, UK)Extract Stress Data from a large database called FESPS using a Database Query language called Damtol.Performing fatigue and crack growth analysis on Front Spar, Top and Bottom Panels.Worked on A380 Rib Boom Embodiment support (Sitec Filton, UK)Carrying out fatigue and crack growth analysis using traditional methods to evaluate the inspection requirements of proposed repair solutions, often under demanding deadlines from the airlines.Worked in A380 Continuous Product Development Program (Airbus Filton, UK)Tasks include:• Fatigue Serial Mod of Spars: After studying all the damages from the A380 EF, the most critical locations were back calculated to get the TRFs, which were used to update the fatigue lives.• Fatigue analysis on Flap tracks due to engine exhaust vibrational loads. Involves creation of a new Fatigue spectrum and assess the fatigue damage. Liaising with the design and FE team for continuous product development.• Fatigue justification of Rib Panel Crack. Involves creation of fatigue spectrum including loads from Rib foot, wing bending and Fuel pressure loads. Constantly liaising with an FE engineer to understand the impact of Fuel pressure loads on the Panel crack.

National Trisonic and Aerodynamic Facility (NTAF) division. Tasks included: Worked in improving delta wing aerodynamics by optimising the MIG-21 delta wing.Studied the effect of different flap configurations like trapezoidal, delta and rectangular and their deflections on the pressure distribution over 60 degree Swept Delta wing-body.Participated in the wind tunnel testing to acquire aerodynamic loads and get surface flow visualisation pictures.Post processing of force components from wind tunnel experiments using MATLAB Programming.Used oil flow visualisations to determine the intensity of vortex and position of vortex break down.
