My first professional adventure began at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), where I started as an entry-level trainee and grew through the ranks to become a Technical Manager. I had the privilege of working across diverse domains like Appliances, Airlines, and Chemical & Energy, monitoring and managing Oracle Databases and their components. It was a long yet rewarding journey, packed with technical challenges, insightful projects, and the occasional “oh no, not this again” moment that makes IT life exciting.Beyond the technical work, I got to collaborate with amazing teams and inspiring managers, learning the ropes of the corporate world and picking up some of the best management practices along the way.
