I worked with our team to set-up an online catalog of upgrade options for various home builders. For the client, I ensured the correct upgrades were ordered and the information was sent to the site supervisor, designer and home builder contact. I was also responsible for training the design sales agents on the catalogs and answer any question they had.

I looked over the housing architectural plans and determined where upgrades were available. I then contacted our vendors for pricing and options. After gathering the information from all interested parties, I entered the information into a database that included pricing. This was a database the design sales agents accessed at their appointments with the home buyers.
