♣ Former known as Liberty Hospitality, Odyssea Hospitality was created in early of 2015. ♣ Sales & Revenue: direct oversight the Centralized Sales team, and the Management Revenue team and oversight other hotels’ Sales team to meet budget for all hotels in the network including Liberty Central & Liberty Hotels (exclude F&B revenue). All hotels achieved or over revenue budget. - Monthly KPI Evaluation of Sales team - Responsible recruiting sales staffs - Weekly meeting with hotels’ sales & revenue team to review strategy, market information, competitors, top accounts - Monthly meeting with hotels’ GM on revenue forecast - Responsible for keeping yearly Centralized sales team’s cost under budget and approve other sales team’s cost budget - Yearly budget preparation♣ Marketing & Communication: - Responsible for creating, implementing Odyssea marketing strategy and direct responsible for the marketing & PR activities of Liberty Central Hotels - Established and maintains a consistent of brand image throughout all collaterals and promotional materials. - Support and Oversight Liberty Central Nha Trang marketing team working with budget and implement Odyssea Moments as its strategy for social media. - Act as event organizers for all events of the Company & Hotels - Act as the Company and the Hotels 's representative with the media. - Yearly budget preparation♣ Preopening - In the preopening team of 3 Liberty Central Hotels and 1 Liberty Hotel, responsible for building sales & marketing team, market research, pricing strategy, marketing activities plan, events organization, and budget preparation♣ New project developments: assist Chairman & CEO in working with new owners for new hotels developments. - Take leads and work on preliminary research on new project, working with owners for qualified information before presenting it to BOM - Act as coordinator for all new projects working with owners and architectures, and project management company

♣ Responsible for all aspects of the property including maximize financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development♣ Responsible for hiring, training and discipline all hotel staffs♣ Achieving in hiring qualified staffs to fulfill the missing position and able to bring up ADR and OCC of the hotel despite its run down conditions, small and old age elevators and strong competitors by successfully bringing back its top key accounts as well as new accounts

♣ Responsible for all aspects of the company including financial performance, recruit, training and develop employees♣ Plan and implement strategies to develop business activities♣ Successfully implement new programs for in-house training at securities companies such as sales skills, fundamental analysis, technical analysis, macro analysis for stock market, customer services skills, hiring skills, people management♣ Successfully implement a series of industry workshop event to promote the Company's new program and resulted in high enrollment♣ Advise and directly responsible to Chairman for the business results of various departments of the Company

♣ Responsible for analyzing the feasibility of the company's investment projects in compliance with the company's strategy to build a hotel & resort chain in Vietnam♣ Work with investors to call for investments in our company's property development projects♣ Responsible for financial forecast of the new projects as well as the company's performance ♣ In-charges the finance management and supervises the Financial and Accounting team♣ Ensure preparation and submission of all Financial Reports to the General Director and the Board.

& Company♣ Excess store profitability targets based on identifying opportunities to enhance profitability, optimize operational expense and achieve store sales goal. Ensure high level of customer service.♣ Recruit, hire and train regular and seasonal staff. Provide coaching to direct reports to achieve high inventory accuracy and maintain high customer satisfaction.♣ Manage and maintain store facilities and systems including all IT, phones, POS related systems. Maintain appropriate business controls through Internal Audit compliance, policies and procedures.♣ Responsible for inventory management, understand local business and merchandise needs to forecast and plan for merchandise assortments. During this time, inventory accuracy level increased from below 95% to 98%.

o Responsible for special reports, which are used as guidelines for investee companies o Researched, identified new investment opportunities based on market, competitor analysis, and investment criteria as well as made the initiation visit to build up relationship with potential investee.o Assisting Investment Officer to perform detailed investment appraisals once identifying a potential investee and implementing potential new investments such as the investment of Mekong Capital to Lac Viet Computing Corporation.
