The Talent Fulfillment Specialist (TFS) is responsible for delivering the operational HR service to local Leads/Groups. The key responsibility for the TFS is to support the scheduling process and any other relevant initiatives for the local groups as required. The TFS is also an integrated part of the local HR team and will as such be allocated responsibility for other HR tasks as agreed with the Resource Pool Owner/Sourcing Lead.

* Assist applicants in taking the initial asssessments.* Conduct initial interview* Provide the results of both assessments and interviews

● Answered customer inquiries about their food delivery status.● Provided general assistance to customers● Processed appropriate credit, refund, and/or further resolution needed based on the customers’ concern/s.● Resolved various disputes from customers.● Filed necessary documentation for any accidents occurring to customers.

● Answered customer inquiries ranging from their service, bill, account status, payment history, order status, etc.● Provided basic support and troubleshooting with handsets and other handheld devices.● Processed phone bill payments from customers calling in.● Attempted to deescalate and resolve threat calls, FCC complaints, BBB complaints, etc.● Assisted customers calling in to set up payment arrangements for their phone bills.● Checked for customers’ upgrade eligibility and/or additional line eligibility.
