Most recently being instrumental in leading:• SAP HCM cloud migration to SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of a larger optimization and transformative initiative. • Merger and acquisition systems migration and harmonization effort to merge US Airways employees onto the American Airlines existing SAP HCM and Payroll landscape. • Past projects include an SAP ECC 6 Upgrade from version 4.6B, ESS/MSS development and implementation with SAP Business Connector and much more. • Early adopter and leader on Customer Engagement initiative with SAP to validate and bring to market the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Access Control solution for SuccessFactors (for Access, Role and Risk Mitigation and Emergency Access).• Implemented SAP GRC for both SAP HCM and FI, responsible for all SAP Security as well as additional HR applications including Pension, Benefits, Non Rev Travel, etc. • Assisted in early adopter program with EPI-USE Labs in bringing their Data Sync Manager (DSM) tools for SAP Landscape Management to market. The solution is still proven at American Airlines today and is a market leader in its competing space. • Responsible for managing multi-million dollar annual budgets including project and capital.
