Supervisor, Desktop Service
Current• Actively reviews existing processes for current relevance and advocates change for improved service, efficiency and quality• Assures quality customer service to all customers.• Acts as an escalation point where controversial or difficult calls are received.• Supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. • Identifies and effectively resolves performance and personnel issues. • Develops a high performing team culture and works to actively coach / mentor staff.• Identifies situations which could become problematic or are causing inefficient or ineffective Desktop Support operations• Establishes policies and procedures, as appropriate.• Develop lifecycle roadmap. Submit budget recommendations to IT leadership to support chosen path• Develop audit procedures and maintain asset inventory• Maintains knowledge of current technology and recommends desktop technology standards to senior leadership• Collaborates with Information Security and others to ensure appropriate security practices are followed in the administration and management of user accounts
