- In charged of the whole projects belonging to CSI’s department as an assitant role, which are connected to construction and purchasing projects. ・ Follow email flows (when necessary, I sometimes get in touch the subcontractor instead of the department manager)・ Create and develop the contracts contents, and execute the payment procedure with the persons belonging to the accounting department.・ Make or update quotations (which are generally based on quotations a from subcontractor)・ Inspect the construction site with customer.・Communicate with the logistics services in order to perform customs clearance procedures (Japan, Singapore, China, Vietnam, etc.).・ Translate technical materials and support with engineers as needed.

- Support development team in communication.- Apart from technical documents, Translate some Internal document from Japanese to English and vice versa like contract, ISMS, orientation.- Involved in other task assigned by my manager, HR or admin division.+ Japanese teacher+ Be responsible for MC position of my company kick off meeting in 2016.

In charged of the project, as a Main contact person.- Monitor email flow of multi Projects.- Translate many technical documents from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa Record of proceedings.- Follow many Q&A on internal Q&A site and defects posted on redmine and handle translation as quickly as possible.
