 Manage IT budget and Expense, control IT Cost (IT Outsourcing, IT Service, IT Device, …) of Projects. Review and control this monthly actual expense to be not over EP budget. Follow up and centralize timesheets of IT contingent worker (Dev, QC, BA, …). Compare and reconfirm timesheets with each vendor for further process. Process PR, PO and follow up.

• Support Sale Banker to compare, reconcile and recheck to ensure consistency of the information Customer on such Documents (Persional Loan, Credit card application, …)
• Input information from available data into Systems and follow up document status. Update pending to Sale banker. Sometime, contact with customer by phone to clear pending.
• Arrange, classify and save Documents in forms applied by the bank (hard copy, soft copy or off-site store).
• Consolidate team members’ reports for Line Maneger.
• Support Customer to do some services such as register Internet Banking, transfer from HSBC account to other local Banks or Overseas.
