-Involved in 3 simultaneous group projects in the 2022 winter semester while also work part-time. -Assumed the role of the group leader in all 3 group projects. Tasks include: communication & scheduling of meeting dates, tasks assignments, and work monitoring of all group members to ensure the work is completed up to the required standards. Precise & flexible work management and planning of the work for each project to avoid conflict in meeting dates and other activities of each project which ensured I lead all members to successfully completed our group project and up to the standard. All 3 group projects scored at least 80%, with 2 exceeding 85%.
