As the Interim Chief Information Officer at Mississippi College, my primary goals are to 1) lead the Information Technology staff by example in providing excellent support to all M.C. faculty, staff and students in a way that supports the university's strategic plan and glorifies Christ, 2) protect Mississippi College assets and customer data through via a 'defense in depth' strategy, and 3) be good stewards of the funding and technical resources that are made available to us.

The Network Support Manager position manages a staff of five full time staff, 4 student workers and reports to the Chief Information Officer. Together we manage a busy help desk, an ever evolving network infrastructure and faculty/staff workstations across campus. Our recently completed major projects include; 1) upgrading our VM environment to 10Gb 2) migrating a significant portion of our VM infrastructure to a Pure all flash SAN, 3) refreshing our virtual desktop infrastructure, 4) upgrading our internet stack to 10Gb, and 5) conversion to an all Aerohive wireless campus.
