CurrentMr. Littrell is highly experienced in designing, delivering and managing strategic BPO and KPO solutions to well known private and public entities. Additionally, he is responsible for implementing our global presence in Europe and Asia. Mr. Littrell's 35 years experience in both financial and operational roles positions him to work closely with individuals throughout a organization's hierarchy building trusted relationships leading to creative solutions to back office operations.Adams Bridge focus is to provide premier BPO and KPO solutions to both the real estate and insurance industry. Mr Littrell serves as senior account executive responsible for developing customized solutions for our partners. Our goal is to design solutions to provide confidence to management that back office operations are being serviced and managed by experienced, dedicated professionals allowing them to focus on core business activities that generate growth.Prior to forming Adams Bridge, Mr. Littrell served as a director at RealFoundations for 11 years working along side senior management in developing the firm's BPO service line, including building the India center's delivery capabilities as well as transitioning processes from clients.
