Give Technically Advise to the operation team and take the initiative in proceeding with operation readiness such as operation workflow and manual development, support training of local hire operators, selection of outsourcing company, preparation and execution of commissioning work etc…Carries out various skilled operating activities for the operation of units, systems and equipment, carrying regular inspection and report, preparation of various maintenance jobs, signing permits for area preparedness to start maintenance work as well as commissioning of equipment and hand over new equipment from vendor for acceptances.Fully responsible for smoothly running of Hot utility section and Cold utility section and transfer knowledge to fresh employees for operating all the system belonging in Section (Boilers, Steam Turbine generator, Demineralization water, Instrument air, Fire water, Nitrogen package, cooling water, Effluent treatment system….).Prepare of various Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) from commissioning step until normal operation, review or change as needed, issue MOC (Management Of Change) if found any concern.Ensure that Critical Tasks related to Asset Integrity-Process Safety Management (AI-PSM), as defined in the Procedural Manual, are undertaken, and executed.Modified operation procedure for all units belong to section.Participants DCS Factory Acceptance Test in India.Develop scenario of process emergency drills and train to the operators.

Led the tasks of Lead operators and operators to conduct good operation and maintenance all the equipment be long to Engine room of FPSO-Lewek Emas.Check the analysis result of production and give the instruction to control all the chemical dosing correctly.Instruction to operators for operation safety and all the equipment working in IOW.Review the PTW compliance with PTW procedures.Participant Safety audit on job.Investigate the incident and troubleshooting the trouble of equipment, systems…Conduct all tasks from management effective and effectively.
