I have worked as a technical writer within the information technology industry.My experience ranges from working within a team on long-form projects to documenting individual items using the Agile developmental process. I collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to compose content and interactive content based on user needs. Much of this work has been done using SaaS resources, such as Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and Document360.My responsibilities also include composing multi-modal documentation adhering to internal review and approval processes. I have created page templates to promote document standardization and enhance link accessibility. Additionally, my duties involved interpreting technical information to fit purpose, scope, and accuracy.
