• Conduct internal audit assignment on operation and compliance areas
• Review company's business processes,
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate processes’ documentation, previous report, data, flowcharts, etc.
• Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place,
• Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes,
• Perform adhoc projects as required by Board of Directors

• Performing audits, review and agreed-upon procedures as auditor in-charge for the companies, representative offices;
