- Design, develop, and analyze reports/visualizations to suggest opportunities to improve our data acquisition process, improve capacity and quality- Development of new reporting solutions – creation of new dashboards or reporting for non-traditional data sources, based on business requirements- Design a tracking plan- Maintain a strong understanding of our evolving data acquisition process and the associated workflows- Maintain our ETL processes to ensure all reports are up to date and meet our business users’ needs- Work with internal functional teams (Dev, Design, Product, Marketing) to understand business needs and develop reports for them to consume complex data- Ensure data quality (completeness and accuracy) of our product database – design and develop reports and processes that provide ongoing monitoring and reporting of our weekly extraction process- Research and drive resolution of data quality issues- Work with the Engineering team to define schemas and ETL processes for our data warehouse to ensure data meets our business users’ needs- Identify current manual processes and suggest/implement ways to automate these processes- Create and maintain technical documentation- Responsible for error checking and correction, compensating users through blockchain data and BSC API

- Analyzing data to find answers to specific questions- Support the Product team to establish, measure and analyze key metrics to optimize the product features, influence the roadmap, and provide reporting to senior management- Understanding of the gaming industry, including its market trends, player behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to game analytics- Presented data and conclusions to the team to improve strategies and operations- Follow up with another team to ensure the implementation of the action plan as well as another strategy- Optimized data collection procedures and generated reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis- Research and troubleshooting of Reported Data Issues- Support day-to-day production inquiries and questions from other technology groups- Ambitious team player, driven to succeed and achieve great things
