As a School Director, I am in charge of maintaining general discipline in the school and involving in the areas of student recruiting, students' academic performance, estate management, safety and security, and logistics support.My key responsibilities include:- Managing Student Recruitment, Marketing, Accounting, HR and Academic teams - Planning, implementing and enforcing the discipline policy of the school, including maintaining and analysing disciplinary records and data of students- Overseeing the estate management of the school and liaising with contractors on estate maintenance, improvement work and cleanliness of the school- Reviewing and maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property, including the establishment of security and safety procedures - Supervising a team of school attendants and providing them with on-the-job training for effective school operations- Establishing school policies and procedures to ensure student safety, order, and discipline- Overseeing administrative duties such as hiring staff, developing budgets, and managing facilities- Managing the day-to-day operations of a school, including overseeing curriculum development and implementation, hiring teachers and staff members, and handling disciplinary issues- Coordinating school activities with parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders- Creating long-term plans that outline school goals and objectives- Overseeing the school budget and fundraising efforts to ensure that resources are available for student needs- Establishing a rapport with students and creating a positive learning environment that encourages academic achievement

Focusing on Expat and Local Recruitment, HR Data-analyses and C&B support. - Working with HR Manager to forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy - Leading the creation of recruiting plans for all open positions.- Hiring employees and initiating the new hire paperwork process. - Widening possible sources internationally and nationally - Posting positions through approved recruitment channels. - Partnering with local organizations and universities for engagement and interest in jobs offered in their community. - Developing & implementing orientation program for new staffs - Addressing all employee work complaints and other concerns.- Explaining all of the human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations to each new employee. - Developing salary proposals for new recruits

Focusing on Local Recruitment and Expat Services (Visa, Work Permit, Welfares and Internal Communication)  Recruitment order processing- Review and verify recruitment orders from departments- Publish vacant positions through internal/ external channels  Selection process- Shortlist applicants from internal/ external sources- Organise placement tests- Arrange and conduct interviews- Check references- Get approval based on non-financial LOA- Offer employment to qualified candidates- Produce confirmations of employment for Vietnamese staff- Get confirmation of employment signed by the company representatives and qualified candidates Induction and/or probation- Conduct induction programme to new starters- Facilitate new starters into the system during probation- Arrange working preparation for new hires: tools of works- Conduct probation evaluation- Confirm probation status to the new starters Others- Assist RM to forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy- Provide resourcing strategic inputs for the company- Effectively utilise and negotiate the services of executive search firms or employment agencies- Execute and monitor recruitment and selection budget and resources of the company- Effectively develop the “Employer Brand” to ensure that the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice
