As a School Director, I am in charge of maintaining general discipline in the school and involving in the areas of student recruiting, students' academic performance, estate management, safety and security, and logistics support.My key responsibilities include:- Managing Student Recruitment, Marketing, Accounting, HR and Academic teams - Planning.

Focusing on Expat and Local Recruitment, HR Data-analyses and C&B support. - Working with HR Manager to forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy - Leading the creation of recruiting plans for all open positions.- Hiring employees and initiating the new hire paperwork process. - Widening possible sources.

Focusing on Local Recruitment and Expat Services (Visa, Work Permit, Welfares and Internal Communication)  Recruitment order processing- Review and verify recruitment orders from departments- Publish vacant positions through internal/ external channels  Selection process- Shortlist applicants from internal/ external sources- Organise placement tests.
