Phan Thanh Van graduated from the Department of Public Relations & Advertising, Academy of Journalism & Journalism in 2012. She had an early interest in social issues & sustainable development, then became a volunteer at the Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion from 2011-2013, was inspired, and started to learn about social enterprises and was particularly interested in Tohe products and stories.After graduating, she started the first official full-time job at Tohe since June 2013, has spent most of the dedication here, from design-creation-product development position to roles of communication, marketing & sales, event planning. Phan Thanh Van understands deeply the operating model and philosophy of Tohe. She has started working as CEO at Tohe since March 2019.
