- Lead and manage 12 estimators and project controllers to achieve monthly KPIs; - Supervise and support team members to prepare the commercial proposals;- Provide the regular training courses/ workshops in order to strengthen specialist knowledge and skills for Cost Estimation Team;- Generate PTSC M&C’s internal procedures in relation to bidding, pricing and project control;- Establish, control and manage PTSC M&C’s production norms, price database related to various projects and the project’s element costs;- Coordinate with company disciplines to prepare the commercial proposal, attend to review bidding proposals;- Participate in negotiation and finalization the contract price and payment mechanism of EPCI contract if project awarded;- Make ITBs/RFPs, pro-forma subcontracts, clarify, evaluate quotations, negotiate and finalize subcontracts;- Manage EPCI contracts: payment, changes, disputes, Client and Subcontractors’ interfaces, risks, draft relevant correspondences.

- Participate in marketing Bank’s services including savings products;- Review and verify loan application from customers; - Evaluate and verify the economic efficiency of customer's investment projects in case of being financed by bank loans;- Prepare all required documents for customer’s loans;- Establish relationships with customers to verify/ control the purposes of loans use and be responsible for loans recovery;- Support the Debt Settlement Team to conduct relevant actions for bad debts recovery if any;- Support Legal Department to carry out all procedures to sue customers who have seriously violated the credit contracts.
