Several components of this role provided technical support, training customers and developed trusting relationships with customers to represent the brand positively. Training programs throughout western Canada were ongoing for controls, start-up, commissioning and troubleshooting for all Lennox commercial cooling and heating products. This training was performed in a classroom and in the field with live equipment. Hands-on field support was also a key component to this role with start-up assistance for VRF systems, controls, VFD setups, and other unit controller programming. This role also supported the warranty process to provide an excellent customer experience.

Fort Mckay Alberta, Canada

As a team member of the HVAC service contractor on an oil filed site I was required to learn in a fast-paced industrial setting. Industrial equipment of a large scale required service and troubleshooting while learning PLC control strategies and work within extreme and diverse environments. Working alongside instrumentation technicians to identify proper BAS system operations for building/worker safety. Offices and various other facilities had complex hydronic heating systems to provide process heating and human comfort.
