One of my main accomplishments was learning, assessing, and teaching the rest of the team about data cleaning, processing, and restructuring using MySQL Queries, along-side Microsoft POWER BI Dashboard building.- Primary tasks were to analyze, review and implement technical solutions for the team and others related to Big Data.- Had to perform other regular or one-off tasks specified by another team member or seniors e.g., market research.

My biggest accomplishment was learning & understanding the North American market consumer culture and interests, international taxes and tax policies, the e-commerce market & the printing industry.- Primary tasks were related to answering multiple customer ticket requests via e-mail (~10-20 daily) & multiple customers online via website chat (~20-40 daily) using Zendesk & with help of other internally developed systems.- Collaborate with other departments/teams and associates to solve customer-related problems.

One of my main accomplishments was solving a data management issue at a bank by cleaning and structuring a large Microsoft Excel file with limited tools due to security reasons, creating a custom VBA form, and implementing usage guidelines, which led to a successful outcome and helped the whole team to work efficiently afterward.- Aid in the improvement of tools to monitor, analyze, and report suspicious activity, test new reports, and alter the team when major alerts are discovered using Dow Jones Systems.- Handle file reviews of suspicious activity to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures put in place.- Maintain/Improve/Implement a proper register solution for all incidents reported internally and externally (limited with MS Excel due to security rules)
