Vana Hawaii Builders, Inc. does a wide range of COMMERCIAL general construction projects, from site improvements to new buildings. We can assemble a whole commercial project together and assume complete responsibility for the work contracted from start to finish. We offer an extensive business network of suppliers, installers, subcontractors, and experts as required for each project. We have extensive knowledge of and experience with regulations and codes to the Los Angeles area as well as surrounding areas, and we know how the system works. We also offer consultation with our clients to determine the right budget for each project. We know through experience, the cost of most materials and labor, and if we do not, we contact suppliers and subcontractors directly. Therefore, once we are asked to submit a proposal, we prepare a fact sheet listing the description of work and the cost of each type of work. Once we are selected to do the work, we always require a written agreement/contract that describes the work clearly, timelines, materials to be used, prices, responsibilities of all parties and other important details. We can organize and manage a project, including scheduling of subcontractors, delivery of materials, keeping track of expenses and knowing how to deal with the unexpected that sometimes occur. We also take great pride in our work. Please note that Vana Hawaii Builders, Inc. does not work on RESIDENTIAL projects.

Began working as a corporation after we received our new general contractors license from the California Contractors State License Board in March 2011. Our CA contractor’s license number is 958698.Original clients include BevCon LLP/Vornado Realty Trust and the CIM Group. Most of our projects with them are in the Beverly Connection at 100 N La Cienega Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90048, as well as 8489 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048, and in the Petersen Building, located at 7001-15 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028. As a result of the sale of the Beverly Connection, we gained new clients, Ashkenazy Acquistions Corporations and DK Connections, LLC.Upon approval by the California Secretary of State, we changed our company name from Vana Hawaii Construction, Inc. to VANA HAWAII BUILDERS, INC., in September 2015.With construction that started in June 2017 and completed during the month of September 2018, the Music Institute's Campus Hollywood, Inc., chose Vana Hawaii Builders, Inc. as their General Contractor. We built the beautiful Music Institute’s “Live House” at 1532 N. Highland Avenue in Hollywood, CA, in addition to renovating some of their offices and classrooms. During the month of September 2019, we completed the Javista Cafe’ located in the Live House. Also, during the month of September 2019, we started working on projects with the Relevant Group in Hollywood, California. During the month of December 2021, we completed work on a Performance and Event Venue in the Citizen News building at 1545 Wilcox Avenue. This included two unique levels of performance, event and meeting spaces, commercial kitchen, signature restaurant, lounges and much more.
