▪ Act as step-by-step local coordinator for international students, international partners institution and visitors in order to ensure that a quality program is consistently offered worldwide to all participants▪ Counsel Vietnamese students for their abroad studies, offering guidance and support from application to her/his successful return to campus after the program’s conclusion. ▪ Analyze data system and other methods to seek opportunities for both international and local students in exchanges programs, outreach internships, and work-travel programs ▪ Provide administrative assistance culturally, and linguistically to build and foster connections with entrepreneurial partners for recruitment, training program, workshop, and student’s contests. ▪ Organize large campus events: commencement ceremony, international science conferences, orientation weeks, campus tour, and national admission campaigns.▪ Raise Funds, plan and monitor the office annual budgets. ▪ Develop curriculums, instructed, organized classroom for Community Services 2-credits class.▪ Teach Vietnamese classes including several exchange students, demonstrating ability to work with students with limited local languages proficiency and differing cultural backgrounds.
