Experience working on Pharma, IT and Non IT requirements for the Clients including Johnson & Johnson, OCD and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.Experience using the Applicant Tracking Systems including Job Diva and various Job Portals such as Dice, Career Builder and Monster.Presented candidates to Client with write up for further review (Submission) based on Clients format and submit on online website / management system for Vendor / Client review.Developed and implemented creative sources, recruiting and hiring strategies for effectively positioning resources and bringing more efficiency in personnel recruiting.Coordinated candidates in taking up preparatory call with Account Managers before the interview.Keep track of responses and Short-listed profiles.Supervise Mentee / Trainee to guide through initial stage of Recruitment process.Responsible for Pre-interview preparation and post interview follow up.Follow up with candidates from Offer acceptance till the date of joining.Attending Client spotlight calls, providing written content and updating the team.
