Statewide-level position. Member of the 5-person LOB leadership team managing and coordinating initiatives for business development, client retention and revenue growth. Collaborate with 21 relationship management teams across all geographic markets in Texas. Through a consultative approach, recommendations for an effective account and service structure are proposed and presented, addressing identified issues and projected impact(s) of implementing recommendations.
