Because of my comprehensive awareness of all services and areas of the Bank, I was tasked with re-establishing the Bank's Customer Service Department, then building and managing the Bank's first Treasury Management Department. This role included development of (i) the portfolio of treasury management services, (ii) systems, procedures and controls, (iii) service pricing and (iv) building and training a staff.
